Mindfulness has changed my life in so many ways but in reality, it's the miracle I never expected because until 2018, I'd never even heard of it. Yet here I am teaching and writing about it because once I learned how empowering it is, I felt called to share this knowledge with the rest of the world. Mindfulness has helped me to live life at a different pace, letting go of worries and stresses that drain my energy.  In my first book, The Emotional Hustle, I explain it all so that you too, can move closer to living a fulfilled energetic life.Â
Qualifications & Experience
Julie has a masters degree in mindfulness from Aberdeen University and specialises in mindfulness based stress interruption and qualified to teach with the British Mindfulness Association. Julie also has diplomas in life coaching, NLP, a masters in I.T and over 25 years experience in systems implementation.
