We specialise in little time outs for the mind body and soul.  Whether you're curious about personal growth, transformation, emotional resilience or just need some space, you're in the right place.  

At Just Breathe Wirral, we know that mindfulness is more than a lie down at the end of the Yoga class.   Our retreat days and short courses provide you with the space and reflection you need to look after your own well being and potentially begin your own journey of personal growth.  We work in small groups of up to 7 people so everyone feels they can contribute if they want to.  Why not reserve your place on one of our events and meet some lovely like minded people along the way.

Mindfulness Taster, 2024

As nature begins to slow down and prepare for its hibernation, so can we.  Join us over aromatic mulled wine and mince pies at the gorgeous wellness studio at Brimstage Courtyard.  Meet over mince pies and warm mulled wine before having a lie down and experiencing the restorative powers of mindfulness.  A real Autumn treat.

The retreat group loved the beautiful writing of Katherine May's book "Wintering".  So this year we're exploring them all and in this her first book, she talks about the true power of nature and it's ability to help us restore.  What a perfect title for spring in this gorgeous cottage by the lake.
